For the first time in my travel history of many years, I decided to book my Vietnam 9 day tour with "Vietbright Travel" and after lot of discussion Nancy prepared a 9 day tour for me starting from Hanoi-Danang-Hoi An-Ho Chi Minh. She was very prompt to respond to my queries till the last day of my tour. She was on her job even when her daughter was not well. Every thing was on time as planned. I loved my stay on cruise to Ha Long Bay and Ba Na Hills the most of all the places I visited. I was in Vietnam from April 16th till April 23rd, 2024.

Overall the trip went well. Thank you to Nancy (Viet Bright) who arranged and provided the complete itinerary for us during our vacation. Great Hanoi experience from its culture, food and people. Appreciate the flexibility of the tour and the duration allotted for each itinerary planned. And there’s more! The surprise birthday cake for my mom in law who had her 84th bday and the reason why we were in Vietnam (that is to celebrate her bday). Delivered directly to her by Nancy. This was already an extra mile. Plus the Halong Bay cruise experience was a superb one!!! Kudos for a job well done! Again thank you to Nancy and her team!!

Vietbright Travel is an excellent agency to book your travel.Nancy from the team was our travel coordinator and she took very good care of us. She was professional and all plans were structured as per our requirements (she even helped us accomodate last minute requirements). The guides, choice of transport - all were very good. We were traveling with a baby so all care was done to make our trip lovely and comfortable.She also met us personally during the trip which adds a personal touch.Our trip covered 3 major cities and areas around it (Hanoi, Da nang and HCMC) for duration of 11 days.Nancy was always a message/call away for anything we required.Vietbright made our trip memorable and Thank you Vietbright.

I had a wonderful trip to Vietnam with VietBright Travel. The food is delicious, the tour guide is enthusiastic and the scenery is extremely amazing. I really like Ha Long Bay - the rocky mountains on the sea. This is truly an interesting scene. Or Sapa, the town is located on the top of the mountain with unique ethnic culture. I will definitely come back again.
